Project Financing and EPC coordination

Echelon SA is a well established company specialized in turnkey projects with a complete solution from financing to EPC. We have facilitated financing for several turnkey projects in Africa, Central America and Asia on behalf of various Governments and private financial institutions where implementation of the projects is carried out by an EPC contractor approved by ourselves along with O&M; and the financiers in conjunction with the host Government. Recently, further to our discussions with a consortium of financiers including we have financed several projects in excess of $ 600 million in Africa.
